Use of Information of Prior Employers. During the Employment Period, Executive shall not use or disclose any confidential information or trade secrets, if any, of any former employers (other than any direct successors of the Company and its affiliates, to which Section 7(a) shall instead apply) or any other person to whom Executive has an obligation of confidentiality, and shall not bring onto the premises of any member of the Company Group any unpublished documents or any property belonging to any former employer or any other person to whom Executive has an obligation of confidentiality unless consented to in writing by the former employer or other person. Executive shall use in the performance of Executive’s duties under this Agreement only information that is (i) generally known and used by persons with training and experience comparable to Executive’s and common knowledge in the industry or is otherwise legally in the public domain, (ii) otherwise provided or developed by any member of the Company Group or (iii) in the case of materials, property or information belonging to any former employer or other person to whom Executive has an obligation of confidentiality, approved for such use in writing by such former employer or person.
