Use of Institutional Delivery System. Notwithstanding any other language in this Agreement, Bank may settle all securities transactions effected by Client through the use of an institutional delivery system. Bank may deliver or receive securities in accordance with appropriate trade reports or statements received through an institutional delivery system without having received written direction directly from Client.
