Common use of Use of Inventory and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Use of Inventory and Equipment. Until the exercise by the Administrative Agent and the Required Lenders of their rights under Article IX hereof, each Credit Party may (a) retain possession of and use its Inventory and Equipment in any lawful manner not inconsistent with this Agreement or with the terms, conditions, or provisions of any policy of insurance thereon; (b) sell or lease its Inventory in the ordinary course of business or as otherwise permitted by this Agreement; and (c) use and consume any raw materials or supplies, the use and consumption of which are necessary in order to carry on such Credit Party’s business.
