Common use of Use of Inventory and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Use of Inventory and Equipment. Until the exercise by Lender of its rights under this Agreement, Borrower may (a) retain possession of and use the Inventory and Equipment in any lawful manner not inconsistent with this Agreement or with the terms, conditions, or provisions of any policy of insurance thereon; (b) sell or lease the Inventory in the ordinary course of business; and (c) use and consume raw materials or supplies, the use and consumption of which are necessary in order to carry on Borrower’s business.
