Use of Licensor Names and Trademarks. 9.3.1 Licensee shall not, without the prior written consent of Licensor, identify Licensor in any advertising or other promotional materials to be disseminated to the public or use any trademark, service xxxx, trade name, or symbol owned by or associated with Licensor. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensee may state that it is licensed by Licensor under one or more of the ODURF patents.
