Use of Licensor Trademarks. 11.1 Licensor hereby grants to Licensee and its Affiliates a right and license to use and to sublicense the right to use the Licensor Trademarks in connection with the Pharmaceutical Business, corporate names, and advertising, marketing, promoting and selling of Pharmaceutical Products and other related services within the Territory.
