Common use of Use of Logos Clause in Contracts

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or likely to harm or disparage the Company Group or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Group; (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business and products or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposes.

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to to, or reasonably likely to to, harm or disparage the Company Group or any of its Subsidiaries or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Groupor any of its Subsidiaries; and (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the CompanyCompany or any of its Subsidiaries, its business or their respective businesses and products products, or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposes.

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos are used (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or likely to harm or disparage the Company Group or any of its Subsidiaries or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Groupor any of its Subsidiaries; (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business and products or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposesimposes in writing to Parent.

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or likely to harm or disparage the Company Group or any of its Subsidiaries or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Groupor any of its Subsidiaries; (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business and products or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposes.

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the reasonable use of its the Company’s and its the Company Subsidiaries’ logos solely in connection with the Debt Financing so long as marketing of the financing for the Transactions; provided that such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or reasonably likely to harm or disparage the Company Group or the Company Subsidiaries or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Group; (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business and products or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposesSubsidiaries.

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the use of its all logos of the Company and its Subsidiaries’ logos the Company Subsidiaries in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or likely to harm or disparage the Company Group or any of the Company Subsidiaries or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Group; or any of the Company Subsidiaries and (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business and products or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposes.

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos are used (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or likely to harm or disparage the Company Group or any of its Subsidiaries or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Groupor any of its Subsidiaries; (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business and products or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposes.

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos and other trademarks in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is does not intended to or likely to harm or disparage the Company Group or any of its Subsidiaries or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Group; or any of its Subsidiaries and (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business and products or the Merger; and Merger or such other customary manner that does not violate the terms of the foregoing clause (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposesi).

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos in a form and manner reasonably acceptable to the Company in connection with the Debt any Financing so long as such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or reasonably likely to to, and will not, harm or disparage the Company Group or the reputation or goodwill any of the Company Group; (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business Subsidiaries and products or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposesshall be permitted to review the use of such logos prior to usage.

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the use of its all logos of the Company and its Subsidiaries’ logos Subsidiaries in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or likely to harm or disparage the Company Group or any of its Subsidiaries or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Group; or any of its Subsidiaries and (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business and products or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposes.

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the reasonable use of its the Company’s and its the Company Subsidiaries’ logos Trademarks solely in connection with the Debt marketing of the Financing so long as for the Merger; provided that such logos (i) Trademarks are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or reasonably likely to harm or disparage the Company Group or the Company Subsidiaries or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Group; (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business and products or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposesSubsidiaries.

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos in connection with the Debt Third Party Financing so long as such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to to, or reasonably likely to to, harm or disparage the Company Group or any of its Subsidiaries or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Groupor any of its Subsidiaries; and (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the CompanyCompany or any of its Subsidiaries, its business or their respective businesses and products products, or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposes.

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to to, or reasonably likely to to, harm or disparage the Company Group or any of its Subsidiaries or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Groupor any of its Subsidiaries; and (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the CompanyDebt Financing, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, its business or their respective businesses and products products, or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposesTransactions.

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos are used (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or likely and would not reasonably be expected to harm or disparage the Company Group or any of its Subsidiaries or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Groupor any of its Subsidiaries; (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business and products or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposes.

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos in a form then used by the Company or such Subsidiary and in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or likely to to, and will not, harm or disparage the Company Group or any of its Subsidiaries or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Group; or any of its Subsidiaries and all goodwill arising from the use thereof shall inure to the Company and (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business and products or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposes.

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or likely to harm or disparage the Company Group or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Group; (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business and products or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a form and manner consistent with reasonably acceptable to the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposesCompany.

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the use of its all logos of the Company and its Subsidiaries’ logos Subsidiaries in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or likely to harm or disparage the Company Group or any of its Subsidiaries or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Group; or any of its Subsidiaries, (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business and products or the Merger; and Merger or (iii) are used in a any other manner consistent with as reasonably approved by the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposesCompany.

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos are used (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or likely and would not reasonably be expected to harm or disparage the Company Group or any of its Subsidiaries or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Groupor any of its Subsidiaries; (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business and products or the MergerTransactions; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposes.

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos in a form and manner reasonable acceptable to the Company in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or likely to to, and will not, harm or disparage the Company Group or any of its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Group; or any of its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, and all goodwill arising from the use thereof shall inure to the Company and (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business and products or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposes.

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or likely to harm harm, disparage or disparage adversely affect the Company Group or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Group; and (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business and products Company Products or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposes.

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or likely to harm or disparage the Company Group or any of its Subsidiaries or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Group; (ii) are used solely in connection with a description or any of the Company, its business and products or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposesSubsidiaries.

The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or likely would not reasonably be expected to harm or disparage the Company Group or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Group; (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business and products or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposes.

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or likely to harm or disparage the Company Group or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Group; (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business and products or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposes, including any written guidelines provided by the Company.

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos in a form and manner reasonably acceptable to the Company in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or likely to to, and will not, harm or disparage the Company Group or any of its Subsidiaries or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Group; (ii) are used solely in connection with a description or any of its Subsidiaries and all goodwill arising from the use thereof shall inure to the Company, its business and products or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposes.

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or likely to harm harm, disparage or disparage adversely affect the Company Group or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Group; (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business and products Company Products or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposes.

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or likely to materially harm or disparage the Company Group or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Group; and (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business and products or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposes.

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos are used (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or likely to harm or disparage the Company Group or any of its Subsidiaries or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Groupor any of its Subsidiaries; (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business business, and products or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other customary terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposes.

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the reasonable use of its the Company’s and its Subsidiaries’ logos solely in connection with the marketing of the Debt Financing so long as Financing; provided, that such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or reasonably likely to harm or disparage the Company Group or its Subsidiaries or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Group; (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, or its business and products or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposesSubsidiaries.

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos solely in connection with the Debt Financing in any description of the Company, its business and products, the Transaction or the Financing, so long as such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or likely to harm or disparage the Company Group or any of its Subsidiaries or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Group; (ii) are used solely in connection with a description or any of the Company, its business and products or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposesSubsidiaries.

The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its the Company Subsidiaries’ logos in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos are used (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or likely to harm or disparage the Company Group or any of the Company Subsidiaries or the reputation or goodwill of the Company Groupor any of the Company Subsidiaries or any of their respective Intellectual Property Rights; and (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business and products or the Merger; and (iii) are used otherwise in a manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposes.

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended to or likely to harm or disparage the Company Group or the reputation or goodwill of the Company GroupCompany; (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business and products or the Merger; and (iii) are used in a any other manner consistent with the other terms and conditions that the Company reasonably imposes.
