Common use of Use of Logos Clause in Contracts

Use of Logos. The Company hereby consents to the use of its and its Subsidiaries’ logos in a form and manner reasonable acceptable to the Company in connection with the Debt Financing so long as such logos (i) are used solely in a manner that is not intended or likely to, and will not, harm or disparage the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or the reputation or goodwill of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries and all goodwill arising from the use thereof shall inure to the Company and (ii) are used solely in connection with a description of the Company, its business and products or the Merger.

Use of Logos.
