Dealer grants Rollick a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non- transferable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use its logos, trademarks and service marks (Marks) solely in connection with the Agreement, provided that Rollick will not modify the Marks (resizing acceptable) without Dealer’s prior written consent.
