Common use of Use of Management Company’s Personnel Clause in Contracts

Use of Management Company’s Personnel. Representatives of Management Company shall visit the Facility as often as Management Company deems necessary. All out-of-pocket expenses arising from travel and lodging connected with such visitations shall be borne by the Management Company, except personnel that float between properties and any travel beyond fifty (50) miles if such arrangement can be shown to reduce overall employment costs at the Facility.
