Use of Messaging Services. Customer may use Cloud Services to send emails or other messages to users and third parties. Customer is solely responsible for any such messages and their content. Messages may be blocked, delayed, or prevented from being delivered by destination servers and other reasons outside of Siemens’ control, and there is no warranty that messages will reach their intended destination in a given timeframe.
