Use of Moneys in the Reserve Fund. Pursuant to the uses and purposes set forth in Section 5.05(c) hereof, the Indenture Trustee shall use funds in the Reserve Fund for the uses and purposes and in the priority set forth in Section 5.05(c) hereof.
