Common use of Use of Name, Logo, etc Clause in Contracts

Use of Name, Logo, etc. Each Loan Party consents to the publication in the ordinary course by the Administrative Agent, the Co-Documentation Agents, the Co-Syndication Agents or the Lead Arrangers of customary advertising material relating to the financing transactions contemplated by this Agreement using such Loan Party’s name, product photographs, logo or trademark, subject to compliance with such Loan Party’s customary procedures in connection therewith. Such consent shall remain effective until revoked by such Loan Party in writing to the Administrative Agent, the Co-Documentation Agents, the Co-Syndication Agents and the Lead Arrangers.
