Use of Name or Logo of Xxxxxxxxx. Without limiting the generality of Section 12.21 and in furtherance of the foregoing, without the prior written consent of Xxxxxxxxx, and whether or not Xxxxxxxxx is then a shareholder of the Company, none of the Parties (excluding Xxxxxxxxx) shall use, publish, reproduce, or refer to the name of Xxxxxxxxx, its affiliates and/or controlling persons, or the name “Xxxxxxxxx”, “高瓴”, “Gaoling”, “Gao Ling”, “Xxx Xxxxx”, “张磊” or any similar name, trademark or logo in any discussion, documents or materials, including without limitation for marketing, advertising, promotional or other purposes. This Section 12.24 shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
