Use of Name or Logo. Neither LICENSOR nor COMPANY shall use the name, image or logo of the other PARTY, or the name of an affiliate, a current of former staff member, employee, student or affiliated physician or faculty of the other PARTY, or any adaptation thereof, in any advertising, promotional or sales literature without the prior written approval of the PARTY.
