Use of Names and Logos. Neither party to this Agreement shall be permitted to use the other’s name, logo or corporate identity for any purpose without the prior written consent of the party whose name, logo or corporate identity is to be used. If either party provides such consent, the party using the name, logo or corporate identity agrees to discontinue such use upon thirty (30) days’ prior notice from the consenting party.
