Common use of Use of Names, etc Clause in Contracts

Use of Names, etc. Supplier agrees that it will not use in any way in its promotional, informational or marketing activities or materials (i) the names, trademarks, logos, symbols or a description of the business or activities of Novation or any Client or Member without in each instance obtaining the prior written consent of the person owning the rights thereto; or (ii) the award or the content of this Agreement without in each instance obtaining the prior written consent of Novation.

Use of Names, etc. Supplier agrees that it will not use in any way in its promotional, informational or marketing activities or materials (i) the names, trademarks, logos, symbols or a description of the business or activities of Novation or any Client Client, Authorized Distributor or Member without in each instance obtaining the prior written consent of the person owning the rights thereto; or (ii) the award or the content of this Agreement without in each instance obtaining the prior written consent of Novation.
