Common use of Use of Natural Gas Clause in Contracts

Use of Natural Gas. The Receiving Agency agrees that the natural gas purchased under the terms and conditions of this Contract shall be used only for the operational needs of the facilities, which includes providing gas to Receiving Agency’s tenants, if any, identified in Exhibit A and may not be resold for any purpose or use whatsoever.
