Use of NSCC. To the extent that each of the parties is a member of, and/or has access to, the National Securities Clearing Corporation’s (“NSCC”) systems and services, including Fund/SERV and Networking, the parties may agree to utilize such services for all transactions contemplated hereunder and agree that all such dealings and transactions shall be processed in accordance with, and governed by, the NSCC’s Rules and Procedures (as the same may be amended from time to time).
