Use of Other Devices to Monitor Employee Work Activity. Employees are provided by the Employer with an increasingly sophisticated set of equipment and other devices with which to perform their job functions. Employees do not have any expectation of privacy with the regard to the use of such equipment and other devices, and the Employer may use information contained in or generated by such devices for appropriate disciplinary purposes. This information may include, but is not limited to, E-Talk and live monitoring.
