Common use of Use of Owner's name Clause in Contracts

Use of Owner's name. The Owner covenants and undertakes with the Security Agent to do or permit to be done each and every act or thing which the Security Agent may from time to time require to be done for the purpose of enforcing the Security Agent’s rights under this Deed and to allow its name to be used as and when required by the Security Agent for that purpose.

Use of Owner's name. The Owner covenants and undertakes with the Security Agent Mortgagees to do or permit to be done each and every act or thing which the Security Agent may from time to time require to be done for the purpose of enforcing the Security Agent’s Mortgagees' rights under this Deed and to allow its name to be used as and when required by the Security Agent (acting on the instructions of the Majority Banks) for that purpose.

Use of Owner's name. The Owner covenants and undertakes with the Security Agent to do or permit to be done each and every act or thing which the Security Agent may from time to time require to be done for the purpose of enforcing the U1e Security Agent’s 's rights under this Deed and to allow its name to be used as and when required by the Security Agent for that purpose.

The Owner covenants and undertakes with the Security Agent Trustee to do or permit to be done each and every act or thing which the Security Agent Trustee may from time to time require to be done for the purpose of enforcing the Security Agent’s Trustee's rights under this Deed and to allow its name to be used as and when required by the Security Agent Trustee for that purpose.
