Use of Partners’ Names and Trademarks. The Partnership, the Partners and their Affiliates shall not use the name or trademark of any Partner or its Affiliates in connection with public announcements regarding the Partnership, or marketing or financing activities of the Partnership, without the prior consent of such Partners or Affiliate, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
