The definitions set forth in Section 1.01 shall be deemed applicable whether the words defined are herein used in the singular or the plural. Wherever used herein, any pronoun or pronouns shall be deemed to include both the singular and plural and to cover all genders. All references to Sections shall refer, unless specified otherwise, to Sections in this Loan and Trust Agreement. Unless otherwise provided, any determinations or reports hereunder which require the application of accounting concepts or principles shall be made in accordance with GAAP.
