Common use of Use of Port’s Assets Clause in Contracts

Use of Port’s Assets. The Concessionaire shall not without the prior written consent or approval of the Concessioning Authority use the Project Site and the Port’s Assets for any purpose other than for the purposes of the Project/the Project Facilities and Services and purposes incidental thereto as permitted under this Agreement or as may otherwise be approved by the Concessioning Authority.

Use of Port’s Assets. The Operator shall not use the port asset for illegal or immoral purpose.
