Use of Postal Services. Any certificate which any person is entitled to receive in accordance with this Plan of Arrangement will (unless the Transfer Agent has received instructions to the contrary from or on behalf of such person prior to the Effective Date) be forwarded by first class mail, postage prepaid, or in the case of postal disruption in Canada, by such other means as the Transfer Agent may deem prudent.
