Only those persons listed in said Application shall be permitted to occupy the Premises. The Premises shall not be used for any illegal purposes or in violation of any valid regulation of any governmental body or agency, nor in violation of any valid regulation of any governmental body or agency, nor in any manner to create any nuisance or trespass.
