Common use of Use of Premises by Lessee Clause in Contracts

Use of Premises by Lessee. Lessee shall have priority use of the Premises during the lease period, subject to the terms of this Agreement, for the purpose of administration of a youth baseball program. Lessee agrees to cooperate with City’s use and others’ use of the Premises in compliance with this Agreement.

Use of Premises by Lessee. Lessee agrees to cooperate with City’s use and others’ use of the Premises in compliance with this Agreement.

Lessee shall have priority use of the Premises during the lease period, and the ability to lock and secure the Premises, or exclude others, subject to the terms of this Agreement, for the purpose of administration of a youth baseball program. Lessee agrees to cooperate with City’s use and others’ use of the Premises in compliance with this Agreement.

Lessee agrees to cooperate with City’s use and others’ use of the Premises in compliance with this Agreement.

Use of Premises by Lessee. Lessee agrees to cooperate with City’s use and others’ use of the Premises in compliance with this Agreement.
