USE OF PREMISES/USE OF PUBLIC STREETS. A. CONTRACTOR shall confine its equipment, the storage of materials and equipment and the operations of its workers to areas permitted by law, ordinances, permits, or the requirements of the Contract Documents, and shall not unreasonably encumber the premises with materials or equipment. B. CONTRACTOR shall not place or maintain, or allow to be placed or maintained, any advertising matter, sign, bill, poster, etc., on or about the site, except those required by law or by the Contract Documents, unless approved by the Engineer, in writing. C. CONTRACTOR shall not load nor permit any part of any structure to be loaded with weights that will endanger the structure, nor shall it subject any part of the Work to stresses or pressures that will endanger it.
