Use of Proceeds of the Grant. Section 3.01. The Recipient shall cause the proceeds of the Grant to be applied to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement. Section 3.02. The goods and services and other items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant and the allocation of amounts of the Grant among different categories of such goods and services and other items of expenditure shall be in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB. Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, all goods and services to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Grant Agreement. Section 3.04. Withdrawals from the Grant Account in respect of goods and services shall be made only on account of expenditures relating to (a) goods which are produced in and supplied from and services which are supplied from such member countries of ADB as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time as eligible sources for procurement, and (b) goods and services which meet such other eligibility requirements as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time. Section 3.05. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 30 June 2014 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.

Except as ADB may otherwise agree, all goods Works and consulting services to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3 to this the Initial Grant Agreement. Withdrawals from the Grant Account in respect of goods Works and consulting services shall be made only on account of expenditures relating to: (a) goods which are produced in and supplied from and services which are Works supplied from such member countries of ADB as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time as eligible sources for procurement, and (b) goods Works and consulting services which meet such other eligibility requirements as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 30 June 31 December 2014 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.

The goods and services and other items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant and the allocation of amounts of the Grant among different categories of such goods and services and other items of expenditure shall be allocated and withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB. Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, all goods and services the Recipient shall ensure or cause the EA to ensure that, the items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant shall be in procured in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3 4 to this Grant the ADB Loan Agreement. Section 3.04. Withdrawals from the Grant Account in respect of goods Goods, Works and services Consulting Services shall be made only on account of expenditures relating to: (a) goods Goods which are produced in and supplied from and services Works and Consulting Services which are supplied from such member countries of ADB as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time as eligible sources for procurement, ; and (b) goods Goods, Works and services Consulting Services which meet such other eligibility requirements as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 30 June 2014 28 February 2026 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.

Use of Proceeds of the Grant. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient shall make the proceeds of the Grant available to TPL under a Subsidiary Grant Agreement upon terms and conditions satisfactory to ADB. (b) The Recipient shall cause the proceeds of the Grant to be applied to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement and the Project Agreement. Section 3.02. The goods and services and other items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant and the allocation of amounts of the Grant among different categories of such goods and services and other items of expenditure shall be allocated and withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB. Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, all goods and services the Recipient shall procure, or cause to be procured, the items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Grant Agreement. Section 3.04. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, the Recipient shall cause all items of expenditure financed out of the proceeds of the Grant to be used exclusively in the carrying out of the Project. Section 3.05. Withdrawals from the Grant Account in respect of goods Goods, Works and services Consulting Services shall be made only on account of expenditures relating to (a) goods which are produced in to Goods, Works and supplied from and services which are supplied from such member countries of ADB as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time as eligible sources for procurement, and (b) goods and services Consulting Services which meet such other eligibility requirements as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time. Section 3.053.06. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 30 June 2014 2020 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.

Use of Proceeds of the Grant. Section 3.01. The Recipient Recipient, through the Project Executing Agency, shall cause the proceeds of the Grant to be applied to financing additional activities for upscaling of the financing of expenditures on the Initial Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement. Section 3.02. The goods and services and other items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant and the allocation of amounts of the Grant among different categories of such goods and services and other items of expenditure shall be allocated and withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 1 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB. Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, all goods and services the Recipient, through the Project Executing Agency, shall procure, or cause to be procured, the items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3 2 to this Grant Agreement. Section 3.04. Withdrawals from the Grant Account in respect of goods Goods, Works and services Consulting Services shall be made only on account of expenditures relating to: (a) goods Goods which are produced in and supplied from and services Works and Consulting Services which are supplied from such member countries of ADB as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time as eligible sources for procurement, ; and (b) goods Goods, Works and services Consulting Services which meet such other eligibility requirements as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time. Section 3.05. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 30 June 2014 31 December 2023 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.

Use of Proceeds of the Grant. Section 3.01. The Recipient shall cause the proceeds of the Grant to be applied to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement. The Recipient shall ensure that the portion of the Grant financed from ADF resources is used for the benefit of AMCs which are also ADF-eligible borrower DMCs listed in Attachment 1 to Schedule 5 to this Grant Agreement. Activities in AMCs which are also non-ADF eligible borrower DMCs will be financed from TASF and JSF resources. Section 3.02. The goods and services and other items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant and the allocation of amounts of the Grant among different categories of such goods and services and other items of expenditure shall be in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB.shall Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, all goods and services to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3 and Schedule 4 to this Grant Agreement. The goods Goods and consulting services and other items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant and the allocation of amounts of the Grant among different categories of for such goods Goods and consulting services and other items of expenditure shall be in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 1 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB. Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, all goods Goods and consulting services to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3 4 to this Grant the Loan Agreement. Section 3.04. Withdrawals from the Grant Account in respect of goods and consulting services shall be made only on account of expenditures relating to. (a) goods Goods which are produced in and supplied from and consulting services which are supplied from such member countries of ADB as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time as eligible sources for procurement, and (b) goods Goods and consulting services which meet such other eligibility requirements as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time. Section 3.05. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes withdrawal of Section 8.02 the proceeds of the Grant Regulations shall be 30 June September 2014 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.

Except as ADB may otherwise agree, all goods and services to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3 and Schedule 4 to this Grant Agreement. Section 3.04. Withdrawals from the Grant Account in respect of goods and services shall be made only on account of expenditures relating to (a) goods which are produced in and supplied from and services which are supplied from such member countries of ADB as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time as eligible sources for procurement, and (b) goods and services which meet such other eligibility requirements as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time. Section 3.05. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 30 June 2014 2010 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient Bhutan and ADB.

Except as ADB may otherwise agree, all goods Goods, Works, and consulting services to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Grant Agreement. Section 3.04. Withdrawals from the Grant Account in respect of goods Goods, Works and services consulting services, shall be made only on account of expenditures relating to: (a) goods Goods and Works which are produced in and supplied from and consulting services which are supplied from such member countries of ADB as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time as eligible sources for procurement, and (b) goods Goods, Works and consulting services which meet such other eligibility requirements as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 30 June 2014 or September 2012 or, such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.

The Recipient shall cause shall, upon terms and conditions satisfactory to ADB, make the proceeds of the Grant available, through timely budget allocations, to: (a) each Implementing Agency for the purpose of carrying out their respective parts of the Project, and cause each Implementing Agency to be applied apply such proceeds to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement and the Project Agreement; and (b) LGD for the purpose of carrying out its parts of the Project, and cause LGD to apply such proceeds to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement. Section 3.02. The goods and services and other items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant and the allocation of amounts of the Grant among different categories of such goods and services and other items of expenditure shall be allocated and withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule 2 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB. Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, all goods and services Goods to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3 4 to this Grant the Loan Agreement. Section 3.02. The goods and services and other items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant and the allocation of amounts of the Grant among different categories of such goods and services and other items of expenditure shall be allocated and withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB. Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, all goods and services Goods to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3 4 to this Grant the Special Operations Loan Agreement. Section 3.04. Withdrawals from the Grant Account in respect of goods and services Goods shall be made only on account of expenditures relating to: (a) goods Goods and Consulting Services which are produced in and supplied from and services which are supplied from such member countries of ADB as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time as eligible sources for procurement, and (b) goods Goods and services Consulting Services which meet such other eligibility requirements as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time. Section 3.05. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 30 June 2014 28 February 2018 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.

The Recipient FAO shall cause the proceeds of the Grant to be applied to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement. FAO shall ensure that the portion of the Grant financed from ADF resources is used for the benefit of ADF-eligible borrower DMCs listed in Attachment 1 to Schedule 5 to this Grant Agreement. Section 3.02. The goods and services and other items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant and the allocation of amounts of the Grant among different categories of such goods and services and other items of expenditure shall be in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient FAO and ADB. Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, all goods and services to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3 and Schedule 4 to this Grant Agreement. Section 3.04. Withdrawals from the Grant Account in respect of goods and services shall be made only on account of expenditures relating to (a) to goods which are produced in and supplied from and services which are supplied from such member countries of ADB as shall have been specified by ADB from time in Schedule 3 and Schedule 4 to time as eligible sources for procurementthis Grant Agreement, and (b) goods and services which meet such other eligibility requirements as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time. Section 3.05. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, all goods and services Goods to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3 4 to this Grant Agreementthe Financing Agreement and the Procurement Manual under the Standard Operating Procedures. In the event there is a conflict between Schedule 4 to the Financing Agreement and the Procurement Manual, then Schedule 4 shall apply. Section 3.04. Withdrawals from the Grant Account in respect of goods Goods, Works and services Consulting Services shall be made only on account of expenditures relating to: (a) goods Goods, Works and Consulting Services which are produced in and supplied from and services which are supplied from such member countries of ADB as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time as eligible sources for procurement, and (b) goods Goods, Works and services Consulting Services which meet such other eligibility requirements as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time. Section 3.05. The goods Goods, Works and consulting services and other items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant and the allocation of amounts of the Grant among different categories of such goods Goods, Works and consulting services and other items of expenditure shall be in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB. Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, all goods Goods, Works and consulting services to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Grant Agreement. Section 3.04. Withdrawals from the Grant Account in respect of goods Goods, Works and consulting services shall be made only on account of expenditures relating to: (a) goods which are produced in and supplied from and Works and consulting services which are supplied from such member countries of ADB as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time as eligible sources for procurement, and (b) goods goods, Works and consulting services which meet such other eligibility requirements as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time. Section 3.05. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 30 June 2014 31 December 2009 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.

Use of Proceeds of the Grant. Section 3.01. The Recipient shall cause the proceeds of the Grant to be applied to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement. Section 3.02. The goods Goods and consulting services and other items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant and the allocation of amounts of the Grant among different categories of such goods Goods and consulting services and other items of expenditure shall be in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 30 June 2014 31 October 2017 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.

The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 30 June 2014 31 September 2012 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.

Withdrawals from the Grant Account in respect of goods and services shall be made only on account of expenditures relating to (a) goods which are produced in and supplied from and services which are supplied from such member countries of ADB as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time as eligible sources for procurement, and (b) goods and services which meet such other eligibility requirements as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time. Section 3.05. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 30 June 2014 2010 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.

Use of Proceeds of the Grant. Section 3.01. The Recipient shall cause make the proceeds of the Grant available to be applied NHA upon terms and conditions satisfactory to ADB and shall cause NHA to apply such proceeds to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of the ADB Loan Agreement, this Grant Agreement and the Project Agreement. Section 3.02. The goods and services and other items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant and the allocation of amounts of the Grant among different categories of such goods and services and other items of expenditure shall be allocated and withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule 2 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB. Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, all goods and services the Recipient shall procure, or cause to be procured, the items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3 4 to this Grant the ADB Loan Agreement. Section 3.04. Withdrawals from the Grant Account in respect of goods and services Works shall be made only on account of expenditures relating to: (a) goods which are produced in and supplied from and services Works which are supplied from such member countries of ADB as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time as eligible sources for procurement, and (b) goods and services Works which meet such other eligibility requirements as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time. Section 3.05. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 30 June 2014 31 May 2020 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.

Use of Proceeds of the Grant. Section 3.01. The Recipient shall cause make available the proceeds of the Grant to be applied MPW through timely budget allocations and cause MPW to apply such proceeds to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement. Section 3.02. The goods and services and other items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant and the allocation of amounts of the Grant among different categories of such goods and services and other items of expenditure shall be allocated and withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Grant Agreement, Agreement as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB. Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, all goods and services the Recipient shall procure, or cause to be procured the items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Grant Agreement. Section 3.04. Withdrawals from the Grant Account in respect of goods Operation and services Maintenance Support and Works shall be made only on account of expenditures relating to: (a) goods which are produced in Operation and supplied from Maintenance Support and services Works which are supplied from such member countries of ADB as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time as eligible sources for procurement, and (b) goods Operation and services Maintenance Support and Works which meet such other eligibility requirements as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time. Section 3.05. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the External Grant Regulations shall be 30 June 2014 2015 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.

Use of Proceeds of the Grant. Section 3.01. The Recipient shall cause the Project Executing Agency to apply the proceeds of the Grant to be applied to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement and the Project Agreement. Section 3.02. The goods and services and other items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant and the allocation of amounts of the Grant among different categories of such goods and services and other items of expenditure shall be allocated and withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 2 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB. Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, all goods and services the Recipient shall procure, or cause to be procured, the items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 3 to this Grant Agreement. Section 3.04. Withdrawals from the Grant Account in respect of goods Goods and services Consulting Services shall be made only on account of expenditures relating to: (a) goods Goods which are produced in and supplied from and services Consulting Services which are supplied from such member countries of ADB as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time as eligible sources for procurement, ; and (b) goods Goods and services Consulting Services which meet such other eligibility requirements as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time. Section 3.05. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 30 June 2014 2016 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.
