Common use of Use of Proceeds of the Grant Clause in Contracts

Use of Proceeds of the Grant. (a) The Recipient shall make available a part of the proceeds of the Grant to each Pourashava under a Subsidiary Grant Agreement upon terms and conditions satisfactory to ADB. (b) The Recipient shall cause the proceeds of the Grant to be applied to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement. Section 3.02. The proceeds of the Grant shall be allocated and withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB. Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, the Recipient shall procure, or cause to be procured, the items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 4 to the ADF Loan Agreement. Section 3.04. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 31 December 2020 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.

Use of Proceeds of the Grant. (a) The Recipient shall make available a part of the proceeds of the Grant available to each Pourashava TPL under a Subsidiary Grant Agreement upon terms and conditions satisfactory to ADB. (b) The Recipient shall cause the proceeds of the Grant to be applied to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement and the Project Agreement. Section 3.02. The proceeds of the Grant shall be allocated and withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB. Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, the Recipient shall procure, or cause to be procured, the items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 4 3 to the ADF Loan Special Operations Grant Agreement. Section 3.04. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 31 December 30 June 2020 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.

Except as ADB may otherwise agree, the Recipient shall procure, or cause to be procured, the items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 4 2 to the ADF Loan this Grant Agreement. Section 3.04. Withdrawals from the Grant Account in respect of Works and Consulting Services shall be made only on account of expenditures relating to Works and Consulting Services which meet such eligibility requirements as shall have been specified by ADB from time to time. Section 3.05. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 31 December 2020 30 September 2013 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.

(a) The Recipient shall make available a part of the proceeds of the Grant to each Pourashava Pourshava under a Subsidiary Grant Agreement upon terms and conditions satisfactory to ADB. (b) The Recipient shall cause the proceeds of the Grant to be applied to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement. Section 3.02. The proceeds of the Grant shall be allocated and withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB. Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, the Recipient shall procure, or cause to be procured, the items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 4 to the ADF Loan Agreement. Section 3.04. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 31 December 2020 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.

Use of Proceeds of the Grant. Section 3.01. The Recipient shall: (a) The Recipient shall make available a part of the proceeds of the Grant available to each Pourashava AEPC as a grant under a Subsidiary Grant Agreement the AEPC Financing Arrangement upon terms and conditions satisfactory to ADB.; and (b) The Recipient shall cause the AEPC to apply such proceeds of the Grant to be applied to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement and AEPC Project Agreement. Section 3.02. The proceeds of the Grant shall be allocated and withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB. Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, the Recipient shall procure, or cause to be procured, the items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 4 to the ADF Special Operations Loan Agreement. Section 3.04. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 31 December 2020 30 June 2022 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.

Use of Proceeds of the Grant. (a) The Recipient shall make available a part of the proceeds of the Grant available to each Pourashava NUC as a grant under a Subsidiary Grant Agreement upon terms and conditions satisfactory to ADB. (b) The Recipient shall cause NUC to apply the proceeds of the Grant to be applied to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement and the Project Agreement. Section 3.02. The proceeds of the Grant shall be allocated and withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB. Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, the Recipient shall procure, or cause to be procured, the items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 4 2 to the ADF Loan this Grant Agreement. Section 3.04. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 31 December 2020 2016 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.

Use of Proceeds of the Grant. (a) The Recipient shall make available a part of the proceeds of the Grant available to each Pourashava EPC under a Subsidiary Grant Agreement upon terms and conditions satisfactory to ADB. (b) The Recipient shall cause EPC to apply the proceeds of the Grant to be applied to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement and the Project Agreement. Section 3.02. The proceeds of the Grant shall be allocated and withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB. Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, the Recipient shall procure, or cause to be procured, the items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 4 2 to the ADF Loan this Grant Agreement. Section 3.04. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 31 December 2020 30 June 2019 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.

Use of Proceeds of the Grant. (a) The Recipient shall make available a part of the proceeds of the Grant to each Pourashava under a Subsidiary Grant Agreement upon terms and conditions satisfactory to ADB. (b) Section 3.01. The Recipient shall cause the proceeds of the Grant to be applied to the financing of expenditures on the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Grant Agreement. Section 3.02. The proceeds of the Grant shall be allocated and withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 2 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB. Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, the Recipient shall procure, or cause to be procured, the items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 4 3 to the ADF Loan AgreementInitial Grant Agreement and the Procurement Manual under the Standard Operating Procedures. In the event there is a conflict between Schedule 3 to the Initial Grant Agreement and the Procurement Manual, then Schedule 3 shall apply. Section 3.04. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 31 December 2020 30 September 2019 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.

Use of Proceeds of the Grant. (a) The Recipient shall make available a part of the proceeds of the Grant available to each Pourashava under a Subsidiary Grant Agreement the PCs upon terms and conditions satisfactory to ADB. (b) The Recipient shall cause the PCs to apply the proceeds of the Grant to be applied to the financing of expenditures on of the Additional Financing Project in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Grant Agreement and the Amended and Restated Project Agreement. Section 3.02. The proceeds of the Grant shall be allocated and withdrawn in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 2 to this Grant Agreement, as such Schedule may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Recipient and ADB. Section 3.03. Except as ADB may otherwise agree, the Recipient shall procure, or cause to be procured, the items of expenditure to be financed out of the proceeds of the Grant in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 4 3 to the ADF Loan this Grant Agreement. Section 3.04. The Grant Closing Date for the purposes of Section 8.02 of the Grant Regulations shall be 31 December 2020 2017 or such other date as may from time to time be agreed between the Recipient and ADB.
