Use of Proceeds - Public Interest. The Company shall not, and shall not permit its Subsidiaries to, use any proceeds from the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents for any purpose contrary to public interest (including, but not limited to, activities which are in violation of law) or inconsistent with free enterprise, in each case within the meaning of 13 C.F.R. Section 107.720.
