Use of Program Reference. Should the Participating Contractor no longer participate in the Program, they are required to immediately inform NYSERDA and remove all references to NYSERDA, the Program, and Program Financing and incentives from the modeling software that generates their reports as outlined in Section 10.01 of this Agreement.
