Use of Property and Facilities; Environmental Laws. The Borrower will, and will cause its Restricted Subsidiaries to, comply with all Environmental Laws applicable to or affecting the properties or business operations of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary of the Borrower, except where the failure to comply could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

The Parent Borrower will, and will cause its Restricted Subsidiaries to, comply with all Environmental Laws applicable to or affecting the properties or business operations of the Parent Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary of the Parent Borrower, except where the failure to comply could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
