Common use of Use of Prospectus Clause in Contracts

Use of Prospectus. The Holders may not use the Prospectus, in each case after notice by the Company of the applicable event, (A) during any period of suspension referred to in Section 7.1(c), (B) during any period when a stop order is in effect as referred to in Section 7.2(b)(2)(i), (C) in the applicable jurisdiction during any period when the qualification of the Registrable Securities has been suspended in such jurisdiction, as referred to in Section 7.2(b)(2)(ii), and (D) during any suspension period referred to in Section 7.2(b)(2)(iii).

Use of Prospectus. The Holders may not use the Prospectus, in each case after notice by the Company of the applicable event, (A) during any period of suspension referred to in Section 7.1(c2(c), (B) during any period when a stop order is in effect as referred to in Section 7.2(b)(2)(i3(b)(2)(i), (C) in the applicable jurisdiction during any period when the qualification of the Registrable Securities has been suspended in such jurisdiction, as referred to in Section 7.2(b)(2)(ii3(b)(2)(ii), and (D) during any suspension period referred to in Section 7.2(b)(2)(iii3(b)(2)(iii).
