Common use of Use of Purchaser Name Clause in Contracts

Use of Purchaser Name. The Company shall not use, directly or indirectly, any Purchaser's name in any advertisement, announcement, press release or other similar communication unless it has received the prior written consent of such Purchaser for the specific use contemplated; provided, however, that the Company may respond to inquiries regarding the identity of the Purchasers from securities analysts or the media.

Use of Purchaser Name.
