USE OF PURCHASER'S TRADEMARKS ON PRODUCTS. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing, the Products manufactured and supplied to Purchaser for sale in the Territory hereunder shall bear only Purchaser's Marks in such manner as Purchaser may direct, consistent with Applicable Laws and Government Approvals.
