Common use of USE OF RESELLERS/DISTRIBUTORS/ ALTERNATE CHANNEL PARTNERS Clause in Contracts

USE OF RESELLERS/DISTRIBUTORS/ ALTERNATE CHANNEL PARTNERS. Contractor must provide service, sales and support staff to service Authorized Users geographically located at multiple purchasing locations throughout New York State. Contractor shall insure that sufficient resources are available directly, or through Resellers/Distributors to ensure maximum service capability throughout the State. The State agrees to permit Contractor to utilize approved, designated value added resellers (VARs), distributors, dealers, and sales agents to participate as alternate channel partners (collectively referred to as “Resellers”) for Contractor. Such participation is subject to the following conditions:
