Use of Secured Property by Public. Mortgagor shall not suffer or permit the Secured Property, or any part thereof, to be used by the public as such, without restriction or in such manner as might impair Mortgagor’s title to the Secured Property or any part thereof, or in such manner as might make possible a claim or claims of adverse usage or adverse possession, or of any implied dedication to the public of the Secured Property or any part thereof.
