Common use of Use of Secured Property Clause in Contracts

Use of Secured Property. (i) Conduct and maintain in a proper and efficient manner any business conducted by the Grantor in relation to the Secured Property and operate the business at all times as is usual for businesses of a similar nature. The Grantor must not discontinue or vary the use of the Secured Property without the Secured Party’s prior written consent.
