Use of Seller Trademarks. Other than the use of the Seller Labeling as set forth in Section 8.4, or with respect to the Trademarks, Buyer shall not have the right to use any trademarks, tradenames, or logos of Seller without Seller's consent, and any such use must be approved by Seller in advance.
