Use of Sensitive Personal Information. Verizon intends that personal information about individuals (“Sensitive Personal Information” or “SPI”) not be stored within the Virtual Contact Center platform. To the extent Customer does store SPI within the Virtual Contact Center platform, Customer does so entirely at its own risk.
