Common use of Use of Service Areas Clause in Contracts

Use of Service Areas. The service areas if any located within the Project shall be ear-marked for purposes such as Parking Spaces and services including but not limited to underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, and equipment etc. and other permitted uses as per the Sanctioned Plan. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as the Allottee’s Parking Spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association formed by the unit owners for rendering maintenance services.

Use of Service Areas. The service areas areas, if any any, as located within the Project project, shall be ear-marked earmarked for purposes such as Parking Spaces parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment etc. and equipment‟s etc.and other permitted uses as per the Sanctioned Plansanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as the Allottee’s Parking Spaces parking spaces, or specifically sanctioned and allotted for that purpose to any Allottee and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association association of allottees formed by the unit owners allottees for rendering maintenance services.

The service areas areas, if any any, as located within the Project project UNIQUE RESIDENCY, shall be ear-marked earmarked for purposes such as Parking Spaces parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per the Sanctioned Plansanctioned plans. The Allottee Allottee/Purchaser shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as the Allottee’s Parking Spaces parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association association of Allottee/Purchasers formed by the unit owners Allottee/Purchasers for rendering maintenance services.

The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as the Allottee’s Parking Spaces parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association association of allottees formed by the unit owners Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

The service areas if any located within the Project shall Land may be ear-marked for purposes such as Parking Spaces parking spaces and services including but not limited to STP, transformer, compactor, DG set, underground water tanks, pump Pump rooms, maintenance firefighting pumps and service rooms, and equipment equipments etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans and such areas can be shifted to any other place in the Sanctioned Plan. Project at the sole discretion of the Promoter.The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as the Allottee’s Parking Spaces parking spaces and the same service areas shall be reserved for use by the Association association of Allottees formed by the unit owners Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as the parking spaces or specifically sanctioned and allotted for that purpose to any Allottee’s Parking Spaces , and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association association of allottees formed by the unit owners allottees for rendering maintenance services.

The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as the Allottee’s Parking Spaces parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association association of allottees formed by the unit owners Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as the Allottee’s Parking Spaces parking spaces and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association of Allottee formed by the unit owners Allottee for rendering maintenance services.

The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as the Allottee’s Parking Spaces parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the Association association of allottees formed by the unit owners Allottees for rendering maintenance services.
