Common use of Use of Service Areas Clause in Contracts

Use of Service Areas. The service areas, if any, as located within the Project, shall be earmarked for purposes such as services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fightingfirefighting pumps and equipment’s etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee(s) shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for useduse by the Maintenance Society/nominated agency formed by the Allottee(s) for rendering maintenance services. That the Promoter/ Maintenance Society for the purpose of safety and security of the person / property shall restrict the access of the Allottee(s)/occupant(s) in basement / service area which shall be declared as restricted area includes electric sub-station/panel room, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, firefighting pumps and equipment’s etc without the written permission of the Promoter/Maintenance Society. Only authorized personnel shall be allowed to access in these restricted areas.
