Use of Service Dollars and Management of the Assessed Priority Consumer List. The Sub-Recipient is expected to spend all federal, state, and other funds provided by the AAAPP for the purpose specified in this contract. For each program managed by the Sub-Recipient, the Sub-Recipient must manage the service dollars in such a manner as to avoid having a wait list and a surplus of funds at the end of the contract period. If the AAAPP determines that the Sub-Recipient is not spending service funds accordingly, the AAAPP may transfer funds to other AAAPP during the contract period and/or adjust subsequent funding allocations as allowable under state and federal law.
