Use of Service Provider’s Systems and Platform. 4.1. Each Seller shall have the right to use the content of the Program web portal to print and use reports downloaded from the Program web portal, and to save reasonable copies to its hard drive, in each case solely for the purposes contemplated by the Agreement. Any copying, distribution, or commercial use of any of the content of the Program web portal not in furtherance of or related to the commercial purposes of the Agreement is strictly forbidden. Notwithstanding the foregoing, each Seller is entitled to share any such content with its Affiliates and its and such Affiliates’ attorneys, accountants, and tax advisors, or any Governmental Authority.
