Common use of Use of Services Clause in Contracts

Use of Services. You may use or authorize the use of The Services to access any permitted Account and to authorize such Transactions as may be permitted by Us from time to time, commencing upon the day this Agreement is accepted by You and Your request for The Services is approved by Us. You may authorize the use of The Services for a Non Signer to access the Account and to start such Transactions as may be permitted by Us from time to time.
