Common use of Use of Software; Access to Subscriptions Clause in Contracts

Use of Software; Access to Subscriptions. Subject to Customer’s compliance with the terms of this Agreement and the payment of all applicable fees to ExtraHop, ExtraHop grants to Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable (subject to Section 12.1), non-sublicensable license to, during the term of an applicable Order: (a) install, access and use the Software (in object code form only) for Customer’s internal business purposes and within the scope of the Licensed Use, (b) connect to, access and use the Subscriptions for Customer’s internal business purposes and within the scope of the Licensed Use, and (c) access, use and reasonably reproduce the Documentation.
