Use of Sub-Servicers and Subcontractors. The Servicer shall not hire or otherwise utilize the services of any Sub-Servicer to fulfill any of the obligations of the Servicer as servicer under this Agreement unless the Servicer complies with the provisions of paragraph (a) of this Section. The Servicer shall not hire or otherwise utilize the services of any Subcontractor, and shall not permit any Sub-Servicer to hire or otherwise utilize the services of any Subcontractor, to fulfill any of the obligations of the Servicer as servicer under this Agreement unless the Servicer complies with the provisions of paragraph (b) of this Section.
