Use of Subcontractors Permitted. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the Parties from utilizing the services of subcontractors as they deem appropriate, provided, however, that all said subcontractors shall comply with the applicable terms and conditions of this Agreement including but not limited to compliance with Good Utility Practices.
