Common use of Use of the 180 Name and Logos Clause in Contracts

Use of the 180 Name and Logos. (a) The Licensee must comply with any reasonable standards, directions or specifications set or given by the Licensor from time to time in relation to the Licensee's use of the 180 Name and Logos, including in relation to the quality, design, style, appearance, size and positioning of the 180 Name and Logos . (b) From time to time, the Licensor may request that the Licensee provide to it copies or samples of advertising, promotional and other materials (in whatever form) bearing the 180 Name and Logos used by the Licensee. The Licensor shall have the right to request, and the Licensee must implement, changes to any such materials if, in the Licensor's reasonable opinion, those changes are necessary to maintain the integrity of the 180 Name and Logos or otherwise ensure the Licensee's compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
